Conference management
Whether your conference is in our facilities or an external venue, our experienced conference management staff can help you to manage your event.
From help with bid preparation right through to post-event evaluation, we can plan and manage your whole conference. If you prefer to keep closely involved, we can work with you to provide as much help as you need, or what your budget allows. Whether you need help marketing your event, assistance with delegate registration or a full management programme, you can leave things in our very capable hands.

Residential
During the university’s summer vacation period, which runs from July to early September, we have 2400 bedrooms available to hire. Ideal for residential conferences, sporting events and summer schools, the facilities also include access to our leisure centre with its swimming pool, spa, sauna, gym, sports courts and climbing wall.
