Women In Leadership (1 Day Programme)

Increase your impact as a woman in a leadership position with this one-day CPD-certified workshop. Throughout the day we impart knowledge, skills, strategies and solutions to enable you to deepen self-awareness, delving into your own unique leadership style, and supporting you to harness your personal power.

The workshop provides a unique opportunity to discuss openly with other women in leadership roles who may have experienced similar challenges and obstacles as yourself when navigating gender impact, providing a platform to practice new skills learnt and ultimately leave the workshop with greater confidence and a better understanding of your own personal leadership style, along with strategies on how to elevate your career through negotiation skills, effective communication, personal brand and lastly building a powerful network of like-minded individuals.

On completion of the programme all delegates will be provided with a tool kit to develop their own personal brand and align social media – especially Linkedin as the professional network, which includes a Linkedin Audit tool.

For those looking for an accredited option please have a look at our popular CMI Level 7 Award for Women in Leadership, which provides delegates with the opportunity to complete a Level 7 Award in Strategic Management and Leadership practice.
