Our new £65 million hub for discovery and innovation at the heart of our Peel Park campus is now open.

Work started on the new building in July 2020 and completed in September 2022.

Sustainable Intelligent Design

  • 100% electric-powered, supported by 154 roof-mounted photovoltaic panels to provide renewable energy
  • Four-story, 15,500 sq metre floor plan designed to facilitate student, academic and industry partner collaboration on cutting-edge projects
  • Home to academic departments across the built environment, science, computing and engineering, plus our Morson Maker Space
