To achieve net zero, we need a step change in the design of new buildings.  Our new, world-leading Energy House 2.0 laboratory is the largest test and research facility of its type and will take a leading role in the development of new low carbon homes and retrofit technologies.

Our new £65 million hub for discovery and innovation at the heart of our Peel Park campus is on its way.

Spanning four storeys and 15,550 square metres, our 100% electric-powered new building is a vital part of the Crescent Masterplan, a multi-million pound regeneration scheme aimed at driving economic and social prosperity for the whole city over the next 10-15 years.
