Kate Palmer

Salford Business School has worked with Peninsula for many years. They have been central to the schools’ activities, providing support for our students through employability and alumni events. They have also employed 226 of our graduates with 102 still working for the group.

Under the leadership of Kate, our partnership has expanded. We designed a PG Certificate in Employment Policy and Practice which sees excellent numbers of Peninsula employees graduate each year. Peninsula also provided our students and colleagues with early exclusive access to their AI BrAInbox chatbot.

Kate is an expert in all aspects of HR and employment law advice and is regularly featured on national television and radio. She is also featured in major publications, both industry and press, as an industry opinion leader. Kate is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.
