Denise Graham lives in Manchester, UK. She serves as Engineering Director as part of the Technology Infrastructure Team at the Bank of New York Mellon (BNY Mellon).

Her role in technology is to ensure that the 9000 employees across the region have access to the best possible technology user experience to enable them to be productive and efficient. Her team also manage and support the Global Print function across 100+ locations. Denise is also a member of the Manchester Site Leadership team, with a responsibility for co-leading the site's People Strategy. This incorporates Manchester's vision for attracting, developing and retaining talent.

Denise has held several technology roles across her 14-year tenure with BNY Mellon. During her career of 25+ years across various business sectors, Denise has ensured that her knowledge and expertise stay in line with technology and IT management disciplines. She has also acquired her status as Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) expert. She was recently named by Business Cloud as one of the Top 50 Technology Transformers across the Northwest. As a senior member of technology in region, Denise is part of the International CIO Senior Leadership Team.

She is a Trustee of Salford Foundation, the primary charity partner for BNY Mellon Manchester and is an active member of the Northern Power Futures Association targeting gender equality across the North of England.
