The Business and Management Research Centre covers all aspects of business and law research conducted within Salford Business School. We view innovation in the broadest sense and our research incorporates:
- The creation and development of new ideas, concepts, products, or services
- Challenging existing methods, tools, and ways of thinking to improve them, by applying new ideas, concepts products or services
- Bringing together existing methods and tools in unexpected ways to achieve something new
- Engaging with others to participate, share and evolve new ways of thinking and doing
Business and law research incorporates social science, doctrinal and science based research approaches.
Our researchers incorporate perspectives relating to the sociology of organisations, the regional, national and international economy and the use of applied statistics through management science techniques.
