Senior Lecturer
Biography
I am a senior lecturer in People Management. I am also programme leader for MSc Human Resource Management.
I was formally programme leader for UG Business with HRM and Business Management with Law.
I have a research focus on student employability and work-based learning, which she works across alongside supporting education, teaching and learning for the University’s Business and Management and Human Resources Management (HRM) programmes. Vicki is also the module lead for EDI (equity, diversity and inclusion) for HR practitioners, well as Enhancing Professional Practice for HRM. Beyond teaching, Vicki is the co-lead of the 'Better Working Lives' research cluster, as well as the wellbeing lead for Salford Business School, and she’s currently working on a knowledge exchange partnership research project focusing on organisational change and data sharing.
