Biography
Enoch Adu-Gyamfi is a Lecturer in Adult Nursing at the University of Salford, bringing a wealth of international experience in clinical practice, healthcare education, and health promotion. As a registered nurse in both the UK and Ghana, he has worked across diverse healthcare settings, including paediatric care, adult surgical wards, care homes, and as a theatre practitioner in trauma and elective orthopaedics. With a strong passion for healthcare leadership, innovation, and global health, Enoch is particularly interested in personalised care, health coaching and the integration of AI in healthcare and health education.
