Clinical Skills Plinth Rooms
In our clinical skills plinth rooms, students practice new skills in an equipped environment under the supervision of qualified practitioners.
Our Frederick Road campus features several plinth rooms used by Physiotherapy and Sport Rehabilitation students from the School of Health and Society.
These rooms are equipped with multi-purpose couches for clinical training sessions, offering a versatile and supportive setting for hands-on learning. Students can explore a range of musculoskeletal and physiology-related issues, acquiring key skills in providing support, relief, and guidance.
Some of these spaces can be expanded to accommodate large cohort teaching, while others are outfitted with the latest audio-visual technology to support virtual learning and assessment.
