Skills support
The Skills website has lots of useful resources. Brush up your academic skills by working through some of the eLearning.
One-to-one support
If you need further support, arrange a one-to-one with someone from your Library Academic Support Team. Book onto a one-to-one appointment and talk through the areas you need help with for your reassessment. To get the best from this, work through the resources noted above, make a plan of action and try to identify the areas you think you need support with before attending your appointment.
Other support you may need
Look after yourself. Take regular breaks. Do things that reduce your stress, such as exercise, mindfulness and hobbies.
Your wellbeing is just as important as the academic side of university life. Wellbeing and Counselling can help you succeed in your studies and in your life. They have tips for taking care of yourself, and provide an opportunity to talk about your problems confidentially.
