Mystery Shopper

Become a Mystery Shopper. Earn while you learn and get paid to explore the Library.

What do Mystery Shoppers do?

Use the Library and then fill in a feedback form about your experience. You will do normal Library tasks, so staff won’t know you are a Mystery Shopper. You might be asked to:

  • Print something
  • Borrow a laptop
  • Find and book a study room
  • Find a book

We also want to know general things, like if the staff are helpful and if the Library is clean. Your feedback helps us make the Library better.

Students will get £15 for each task they complete.

Please note: Mystery shopping payments are classified as self-employment and incompatible with student visa regulations. International students are unable to participate. We still want to hear your thoughts! You can share your feedback on the board in Clifford Whitworth Library.
