“My first proper qualification!
I am not ashamed to admit it, but it has taken me until the grand old age of 41 to receive a 'proper' qualification (other than GCSEs, the International Baccalaureate and internal training courses of course).
Last week I completed the Mini MBA in Business Leadership with The University of Salford (Salford Professional Development), and today I received my Certificate of Completion. A huge sense of achievement for me, and one I am immensely proud of.
In my younger days, I struggled with exams and lengthy essays, so this course was perfect for me, and doing it virtually meant not so much of a headache for childcare logistics.
I learned so much on this course, a lot of which I will start implementing into the Customer Experience Foundation overall strategy over the next few months.”
