Delegates on any course will receive a certificate of completion once they have attended. In addition to this many of courses are also accredited and will lead to qualifications such as ILM and CMI.

How is the course assessed?

Courses can include different levels of workload outside of the classroom days. In order to find out the breakdown and amount of hours, go to the course page and you will find the hours.

Does that mean I’ll get a Masters?

While completing our Level 7 courses does not directly grant you a Master's degree, the credits you earn can be a valuable step towards one. Our certificate qualifications typically involve around 20 credits, and our diplomas range from 30 to 45 credits. A full Master's degree requires 180 credits. The credits from our courses are generally transferable under recognition of prior learning policies at most UK institutions. However, to have these credits count towards a Master's degree, the content of our courses must be relevant to the topics covered in the Master's program. This transfer can reduce the amount of work required to complete your Master's degree.

How long will it take me to complete the course?

All courses have a different amount of hours expected for completion. Our 1-Day Workshops require only 1 classroom day, however other courses may require more hours to complete, these are all made clear on the course pages.

We hope this FAQ section has answered your questions and provided clarity on our professional development training courses. If you have any further questions or need personalized advice, please do not hesitate to reach out to our team via the live chat feature on our website.
