Science, Engineering and Environment Careers Fair

Wednesday 6th November 12noon-3pm, Maxwell Upper Hall

This Careers Fair is kindly sponsored by WHP Telecoms Group the leading Tier 1 programme and project management provider of infrastructure support and deployment services to the UK’s mobile and fixed line telecoms sector offering a complete range of in-house, multi-disciplinary capabilities.

This Careers Fair is suitable for all students and graduates wanting to work in the fields related to Computing, Science, Engineering and Environment. You should attend the fair to network and meet employers offering placement and graduate opportunities within the sector.

Staff from Careers & Enterprise will be available on the day to answer quick questions about finding suitable work experience, making job applications and other job/career-related issues.

At the Careers Hub and across campus

Careers Hub opening times:

Trimester 1 & 2:  Monday to Friday 10:00-17:00

Trimester 3 & vacation periods: Monday to Friday 11:00-16:30 

The best place to get Careers and Enterprise advice is at the Careers Hub. Just walk in and one of our Skills Ambassadors will be happy to talk to you. Our Ambassadors can recommend the most appropriate resources, workshops or appointment to meet your needs. We also travel around the University, meeting you where you are. 

The Careers Hub, in addition, hosts experts from other University areas throughout the week. 

The table below shows locations of our Quick Query Sessions, these are scheduled daily, check Drop In Quick Query Sessions for the latest up-to-date information and times.  Other services that provide weekly drop ins at the Careers Hub are also detailed below.
