These terms and conditions apply to all students who are studying taught or research programmes with us and set out the provisions that are central to our relationship with you.
You need to read this important information carefully prior to accepting your offer and ensure that you understand its contents.
When we confirm your acceptance of an offer of a place on a programme at the university, a contract is formed between you and the university based on the information set out in your offer letter and the information set out in the list of documents noted below:

Pre-enrolment registration rights
You have a statutory right to cancel your pre-enrolment contract with the university (without giving any reason) within a 14 day period, starting on the day after you accept your offer. Section 6 of the terms and conditions provides further information.
Student Protection
In line with the requirements of the Office for Students’ Regulatory Framework, we have published a Student Protection Plan which outlines the measures in place within the university to protect the interests of both prospective and current students.
