Postgraduate taught
With our range of Postgraduate Taught (PGT) courses you'll develop a wide range of skills and in-depth knowledge of your chosen subject, helping to improve your future potential.
Postgraduate taught degrees
A postgraduate taught degree gives you the opportunity to specialise further in something you’ve already studied at undergraduate level, it could provide an accreditation that could further your career, or alternatively give you the chance to take a different path and pursue a new role.
At Salford we offer a wide range of postgraduate taught degrees, many of which can be studied via distance learning for added flexibility. Some of our courses also have alternative start dates throughout the year, meaning you’re not just limited to starting your studies in September.
If you are applying as an international student, you can find details of our entry criteria, application deadlines, scholarships and more on our international students page.

Our courses open doors to rewarding and challenging careers in health, science, engineering, the arts, the built environment, media, music, law, and business.
You’ll join a postgraduate community of nearly 5,000 students from 194 countries, and benefit from the research expertise of our academics who are highly respected in their fields.
